how do i know my personal and financial information is secure? 

In this day and age we understand that confidentiality and security go hand in hand.

Rest assured that your personal information will remain confidential and will never be sold or shared with Third party contacts. We DO NOT disclose our client information unless we have received written authorized consent. That consent allows for client reviews and advertisement purposes only (personal information such as phone, address, etc remains concealed).  No one has to know you used our services unless you want them to, but our hope is that you are so pleased with the results you'll want to shout it from the mountain tops!

how are payments made? how do i know my financial information is secure?

Payments are submitted through invoices via email, due upon receipt so we can get working right away! We do not start work on your order until a payment has been submitted. We accept all Debit Cards, Major Credit Cards, and Automated Clearing House (ACH or Routing & Account number) payment methods.

For your financial information we wanted to make sure we utlized a well known, proactive vendor that is recorganized as an indusitry leader and adaptable to the ever changing environments. We've partnered with Intuit Quickbooks for all of our payment processing services. They offer 24/7 protection, we love anyone that works harder than we do....and that is saying a lot!

How long will it take for me to receive my resume?

A little secret about our Owner: she likes to work fast and efficient! With that said, Harris Writing Services, LLC has adopted the same work ethic.

A timely turnaround time is a TOP priority for Harris Writing Services, LLC. We strive for 72 hours or less from the date of payment.  Service times are also based on our hours of operation and how quickly clients follow up with us should we have additional questions relating to the order. Team work makes the dream work!

why is my professional resume provided to me via adobe pdf format?

You've spent your hard earned money on a high quality Professional Resume and we want you to be able to retain that beautiful format you love.

Not only does this provide you with the instant ability to submit your application through any employer's applicant tracking system (ATS), you have an eye pleasing document, free from the worry that formats will change once submitted.

Final resume drafts will also be provided in Word document format, we are not responsible for formatting that does not transfer over to word doc as the preferred delivery method of a resume is Adobe (PDF). 

 

can i upload my current resume?

No. Once you have ordered your service, you will have an opportunity to provide the necessary information via email during our follow up communication. 

While our website does not currently allow for uploads if this changes we will be the first to let our clients know!

 

What if i lost or accidentally the email that contained my final resume?

We also maintain free electronic storage of your Professional Resume, this way should any of our clients ever need an additional digital copy we can provide that too! This is also helpful to our returning clients that have additional work history to add, at a discounted rate of course.
